This old vine Zin from the Adelaida District is head trained and dry farmed yielding aromas of red raspberry, blackberry, clove and a wisp of vanilla. A nice, ripe plum flavor follows on the mid palate with a long spicy “zinberry” that lingers on the finish. The acidity is nearly perfect, making the flavors bright and lively, with a velvety mouth feel.
