Clam Diggers Dip
Ingredients
- 2 - 6 1/2 oz. cans of chopped clams (Snow’s preferred)
- 1 (8oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. of reserved clam juice
- 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
Directions
Cream together with mixer the softened cream cheese, sour cream and reserved clam juice. Beat until smooth and well-blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with Ruffles potato chips.
